1. Who we are
CHZ Market ("CHZ", "we", "us") sells software licenses, DMA hardware and bundles through this website. These terms apply to every purchase and to your use of the site. By placing an order you accept them, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. You are responsible for making sure our products are legal to buy and use in your country.
3. Orders and payment
Checkout is provided by SellAuth, our e-commerce platform, and payments are processed by the payment providers connected to it. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
An order is confirmed once payment completes and an invoice is sent to your email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product was listed at an obvious pricing error, or if a payment appears to be fraudulent.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered to the email address you enter at checkout, normally automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. A few items are delivered by our team instead; the product page says so when that applies.
Hardware ships to the address you provide. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and any import duties or taxes in your country are your responsibility. Please double-check your email and shipping address, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries to details entered incorrectly.
5. Licenses
- Each software license is for one person.
- You may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer a license, or reverse engineer, crack or redistribute our software.
- Time-limited licenses run for the period shown when you buy.
- We may revoke a license without refund if these rules are broken.
6. Your game accounts
Using third-party software or hardware with online games may break those games' terms of service and can lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans. No product can guarantee it will never be detected. You use our products at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any action a game publisher or platform takes against your accounts. Status labels on this site reflect what we know at the time and are not a guarantee.
7. Updates and downtime
Game updates can take a product offline for a while. When that happens it is marked Updating on our status page, and we post news in our Discord. If a product you paid for is down for an extended period, contact us and we will look at your case individually.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong, contact us first; most problems are fixed quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to your licenses being revoked and future orders being refused.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you placed an order applies to that order.
