What we collect
When you order
Your email address and, for hardware, your name and shipping address. Checkout runs on SellAuth: your payment details go straight to SellAuth and its payment providers and are never visible to us in full. SellAuth may also record your IP address and device details to prevent fraud.
When you browse
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and time) for about two weeks to keep the site secure and working. Addresses that send abusive requests can be blocked automatically, and those security records are kept for about a month.
On your device
Your cart, and the list of orders you placed on this device, are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your browser and you can clear them at any time. If you arrive through an affiliate link, the checkout script stores the referral code in a first-party cookie called sa_aff for 30 days so the referrer gets credit.
When you contact us
Messages you send us on Discord are also subject to Discord's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- to process, deliver and support your orders;
- to prevent fraud and abuse of the store;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- SellAuth, which runs our checkout and order management;
- the payment provider you choose at checkout;
- shipping carriers, for hardware orders;
- authorities, only when we are legally required to.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
Videos
Featured videos link to YouTube. Their thumbnails are served from our own server, so YouTube is not contacted until you click a video, and from then on YouTube's privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds and accounting. Server access logs are deleted after about two weeks.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Message us on Discord and include the email address you used at checkout; we may ask you to confirm that you own it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
